Used to move other actors from their positions in a determined speed and acceleration.

Take note that CActorUnit cannot have their model moved, as they hold onto their Unit bearings. If this is still what is wanted, consider hiding the unit for the time being and make a copy of it as a regular model actor, then unhide the unit and destroy the dummy moving actor.
Used by moving texts (such as Automated Refineries in campaign).
